Before you book
When are you open?
Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you message us outside those hours, we reply when we open.
How much is the inspection?
The inspection is JOD 5.000. If you go ahead with the repair, we deduct it from the bill.
Do I pay if I cancel?
Not if you cancel 2 hours or more before the visit. In the last 2 hours it costs JOD 2.500, and once the technician is on the way it costs JOD 5.000.
What does the guarantee cover?
We guarantee the technician’s work for 30 days. If the same fault comes back in that time, message us and we send someone to look at it again. Parts are covered by their supplier’s warranty.
How do I pay?
After the work is done, in cash to the technician or by CliQ.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. Every price on this site includes sales tax.
